Although it is an HSS body
from Philip James Luthier Group UK, in my experience with them, the
standard HSS pickguards usually don't fit right on the humbucker side,
I've always had to carve the side next to the tremolo cavity so the
pickup would fit.
The aging turns some areas into an
almost Coral tonality; if you take a look at the last 2 pics, a Relic
Telecaster just posted today by Paul Waller at Fender Custom Shop, they
do the same thing ;)
