Back from vacation guys! 3 weeks is great but I must say I missed my projects this last week. And speaking of projects, I had finished this basic set with body, neck and pickguard. By the way, you will have to choose between the 3-ply black and the white '57 style pickguard.
This is a fantastic 1-pc Ash body from AC Guitar Shop in Hot Rod Red finish, and a maple/rosewood classic vintage style neck. This neck was selling with a Sunburst body that was sold to my friend Florian, but he only wanted the body. When I decided to make this new set, I never thought it would match this body so fine. I'm not talking about the looks only, but particularly about the neck joint fit. It's perfect! The downside is the weight of the body, 2.66kg. Sorry guys, but as I already stated, Ash or Swamp Ash is heavy these days.
