#202512 :: Americana Classic SSS body in Aged Desert Sand :: SOLD

Hi guys!

Let's consider this a B-stock body. Why? Well, let's start from the beginning. I tried to do a Mary Kaye type of finish (kind of a white Sunburst) on this roasted ash body from ADP Guitar Parts but it was too yellow. Since I wasn't in the mood to remove the finish I've decided to cover it all up with one only coat of something looking like a Desert Sand cream finish. The relic looks nice in my opinion, but on the edges there's the yellowish color of the finish underneath showing. But the B-stock thing is due mainly to the neck cavity holes. As you can see they're not centered in the inner side of the body, and the 2 near the edge are more like oval... Luckily, when you turn the body on the other side, the neck plate is centered, so not a big issue. It won't be the most popular body because of its weight, 2.4kg.

Now, you may be wondering where are you going to buy a neck without the holes already done to match this body; don't worry, I've got just what you need: 9.5" radius maple/rosewood 21 Jumbo fret Strat necks with vintage truss rod at the bottom (the usual model I've been using since several years) available, and I can spray and relic a nitro finish for you.

All done!
