This the 3rd Jaguar project since ever, probably my last.
Let me explain myself; this is another body from the golden era before Brexit. Since AC Guitar Shop became my main supplier for bodies, basically all bodies which haven't been bought to them are from old stock from UK. Jaguar models have a different sclae lenght, so... specific necks, and I'm not that fan of Allparts these days.It means I will run away from this style, since I prefer Jazzmasters. That said, if you like my work and Jaguars, hold on to this one!
The body: 3-pc Alder, 2.1Kg, standard Fender specs, neck cavity hasn't been changed in any way. I'm so proud of it, best finish of 2025 until now! The base is Butterscotch Blonde which was dirtied with my special Baldman mix and became Honeyscotch. Looks amazing!
The neck: chinese made by Yfente... The truss rod works fine both ways, I had to work the heel because it had a weird horizontal angle. I think it will be fine, I have aligned it with the middle of the body the best I could. I have finished it because I really believe it works, but if it doesn't, I won't accept returns because of it, YOU ARE PAYING THE BODY and the neck is a gift.
