Hello friends!
Here and there I receive messages and emails asking for Telecaster bodies in Butterscotch Blonde finish. This is a very nice made in UK body by Phillip Luthier Group (that you may know as Guitarbuild), 2-pc Alder and weighing 2.2Kg. It's suited for a 55,8mm traditional neck. For a 56mm neck (to be perfectly aligned/centered) you may have to slightly sand the upper side of the neck joint with a Dremel style tool, or by hand, which is not difficult by the way. I personally use a small wood block with double side tape and 150 grit sandpaper.
The body has nice nitro checking lines everywhere, medium relic and a blonde pinup decal on the back.

Je reçois régulièrement des messages et des e-mails me demandant des corps de Telecaster finition Butterscotch Blonde. Voici un beau corps fabriqué au Royaume-Uni par Phillip Luthier Group (que vous connaissez peut-être sous le nom de Guitarbuild), en aulne, 2 pièces, pesant 2,2 kg. Il est conçu pour un manche traditionnel de 55,8 mm. Pour un manche de 56 mm (afin d'obtenir un alignement et un centrage parfaits), il vous faudra peut-être poncer légèrement la partie supérieure du joint du manche avec un outil de type Dremel, ou à la main, ce qui est très facile. Personnellement, j'utilise un petit bloc de bois avec du ruban adhésif double face et du papier de verre grain 150.
Le corps présente de belles craquelures de vernis nitrocellulosique, un effet relic moyen et un decal pin-up avec un dame blonde au dos.
