Hi there!
Another tone over tone project, this time Pasadena Blue Metallic over a Sunburst. It was a bit harder to separate colors than on my latest HH S-type body, but still, compared to several Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop images I saw on internet, I think it turned out pretty good. But since it hasn't a Masterbuilder signature...
Moving on! This body is made in Europe, 2-pc basswood, weighs 1,59Kg (pretty nice!), and it's compatible with Stratocaster standard necks with a heel of 56mm.
The pickguard isn't included, and I personally would prefer a brown tortoise over this finish, or mint green, but I only have a cream pickguard in stock to do my photos.

Voici un nouveau projet de finition « ton sur ton » : du Pasadena Blue Metallic appliqué par-dessus un Sunburst. La séparation des couleurs a été un peu plus délicate à réaliser que sur mon précédent corps de type Stratocaster (configuration HH), mais le résultat me semble très réussi si l'on se réfère aux photos de modèles Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop vues sur le net. Si c'était signé par un Masterbuilder...
Bref ! Passons aux détails : ce corps est fabriqué en Europe, composé de deux pièces de tilleul (basswood) et pèse 1,59 kg (ce qui est excellent !). Il est compatible avec les manches Stratocaster standards dotés d'un talon de 56 mm.
Le pickguard n'est pas inclus. Personnellement, j'opterais plutôt pour un modèle tortoise brun ou mint green avec cette finition, mais je n'avais qu'un pickguard crème sous la main pour les photos.
